Marc Bolan, Ph.D. Principal

An experienced evaluator, consultant, and instructor, Dr. Bolan works with non-profit agencies, government , tribal organizations and foundations to build their capacity to better evaluate and understand their program impacts. Marc has 20 years experience as an evaluation consultant working with both small and large nonprofit organizations.  He specializes in:

  • Capacity-Building and Program Evaluation
  • Design and Implementation of Evaluation Studies
  • Instruction and Training
  • Planning and Development of Research Data Systems

Marc received his B.S. in Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University and his M.A. and Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Washington.  He has served as an instructor in the Department of Sociology at the University of Washington and as Research Director for Organizational Research Services (ORS).   Marc has also served as an adjunct faculty member in the Masters of Non-Profit Leadership Program at Seattle University.
