Marc Bolan, Ph.D. Principal

An experienced evaluator, consultant, and instructor, Dr. Bolan works with non-profit agencies, government organizations, and foundations to develop evaluation systems that help organizations better evaluate and understand their impact on the populations they serve.

Marc has 15 years experience as an evaluation consultant working with both small and large nonprofit organizations.  He specializes in:

  • Capacity-Building and Program Evaluation  
  • Design and Implementation of Evaluation Studies
  • Instruction and Training

Marc received his B.S. in Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University and his M.A. and Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Washington.  He has served as an instructor in the Department of Sociology at the University of Washington and as Research Director for Organizational Research Services (ORS).   In addition to working as an independent consultant, Marc also serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Masters of Non-Profit Leadership Program at Seattle University.
